Masters or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engg or related plus 3 years related experience. Will accept Bachelors degree followed by 5 years progressive related experience in lieu of MS3. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Requires at least 3 years experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud System configuration; Salesforce.com Business Analyst Tools Reports, Dashboards, Data Loader, Visual Force Pages; Salesforce.com Software Requirements documentation; and Agile Project Lifecycle Management Sprints, User StoriesBugs, Stand up calls, Story Pointing. The position requires being in the Microchip Chandler office a minimum of 3 days per week and telecommuting is permitted 2 days per week.
