Bachelors degree in Nautical Science, Marine Transportation, Risk Management or related field of study, and 5 years of experience in any job titleoccupationposition involving analyzing risks for the shipping industry at a senior level, experience must include the operation of oceangoing vessels, lashing and lifting plans of the load, elaboration, and method statements linked to shipment of oversized goods. Experience specified must include 5 years of experience with each of the following Cargo loss prevention at a senior level; and nautical skills including lifting, stowing and lashing calculations, and check of accuracy. Experience specified must also include 3 years of experience with each of the following landbased transport operations and packing requirements; elaborating, managing and implementing loss prevention programs to clients; experience in the ocean cargo, hull and machinery insurance sectors; transport security related to theft prevention and logistic security; and risk management standards, packing and stowing guidelines, and logistic security schemes. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days a week. Must be located within the New York metropolitan area. Requires up to 30 domesticinternational travel to client sites.br br Will accept any suitable combination of education, training andor experience.
