Education Requirementsbr Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management or related field.br br Experience Requirementsbr Three 3 years of experience as a Landscaper, Construction Foreman or related occupation.br br Alternatively, the employer will accept five 5 years of experience as a Landscaper, Construction Foreman or related occupation.br br Special Requirementsbr Must have experience with the following reading plans, shooting elevations, calculation of grades, layout piping, and equipment room installation; chemical systems; handson work and training a crew; running construction equipment Skid Steer, Mini Ex, Backhoe, High Reach Forklift, Vibratory Roller, Trencher; and plumbing hydraulics, basic structural support theories, and soil expansioncompaction characteristics.
