J.D., L.L.M., L.L.B., or U.S. equivalent in Law plus 3 years of professional experience at an international law firm providing legal advice to foreign sovereigns and private companies regarding commercial arbitration and international investment dispute before tribunals constituted under ICSID or ICC. Must also have experience with the following special skills 3 years of professional experience providing legal advice to parties on procedural issues regarding the international arbitration process; 3 years of professional experience reviewing and processing documents filed by parties; 3 years of professional experience with the case administration procedure of commercial arbitration and investorstate arbitration; 3 years of professional experience drafting, researching and reviewing legal memoranda, motions, briefs, witness statements and expert reports for litigation in the U.S. federal or state courts. Must be admitted to practice law in a U.S. or foreign jurisdiction.
