Juris Doctorate degree, LLM Master of Laws, or foreign equivalent. Three 3 years of legal experience. Experience must include crossborder transactions with nonUS based clients and handling complex legal and compliance matters related to private investment fund formation, covering entire life cycle of various types of funds. Must be licensed to practice in the State of New York. Any suitable combination of education, experience, or training is acceptable.
