Experience must includebr Supplier Management through the process of supplier selection, supplier auditing, supplier evaluations, supplier scorecards, supplier development, supplier improvement, and working through supplier exiting strategies.br Interpreting process risks and gaps within manufacturing processes and recommending best practices for improvement.br Indirectly leading a group or team and providing guidance and influencing other employees. Working in a cross functional team and matrix management environment.br Lean Manufacturing principles and applying Lean tools, including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, ChangeOver Reduction, and identify waste.br Quality Management Systems to create, track, and document nonconformance records NCMR, Supplier Corrective Actions SCAR, and root cause analysis 8D.br Leading auditing; gauging methods, procedures, and software; and Geometric Dimensioning Tolerancing.br br Ability to travel up to 50 domestically and internationally.
