We require a Bachelors degree in Data AnalyticsScience, Statistics, or a closely related field. We require two years of experience in a software engineering role building backend data infrastructure, building a frontenduserfacing product, and managing client relationships while integrating software products with clients existing enterprise software systems. We also require two years of experience leading product development initiatives for large scale enterprise customers where business outcomes are tied to company revenue. We require one year of experience in an early stage startup with responsibility to establish new business processes, and find product market fit, and conduct business planning across operations, product, and growth efforts. Headway employees may work remotely across the US, with the option to work from our NYC HQ.
