Bachelors Degree or foreign education equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration plus seven 7 years of experience designing, building, testing, and managing webbased applications and cloudbased, internetscale applications.br br Specific skillsother requirements Must also possess the following quantitative experience not applicable to this section 1 Demonstrated expertise DE managing assessment delivery, assessment operations, and assessment answer sheet processing; 2 DE assessment scoring and the Scholastic Aptitude Test SAT and Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test PSAT scoring rubric based on classical theory and Item Response Theory IRT; 3 DE designing data driven automated testing frameworks to include ability to perform business process and functional decomposition; and 4 DE practicing continuous observability to quickly identify and design ad hoc solutions to mitigate production issues in real time. Remote work permitted 23 days per week with manager approval.
