Requires a Bachelors degree in any applicable field, such as Finance or Economics, and 1 year of related investment banking experience, including experience performing 3statement financial modelling and tieouts, DCF and LBO valuation analysis for firms including construction and software firms, corporate finance review i.e., capital allocation strategy, divestiture strategy, management plan evaluations, and internal ownership transition, peer financial benchmarking, infrastructurerelated market screening, and financial due diligence.
