Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, any STEM field, or a related field. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the followingbr Utilizing data analytics, client interviews, workshops, market analysis, competitive analysis and design thinking to drive the creation of strategic and operational solutions for clients within the manufacturing, industrial product, and financial service industries;br Participating in teams that aim to provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models, utilizing Jira and Agile methodology;br Participating in day to day interactions with executives and sponsors, and developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers;br Leading the quality assurance QA for clients deliverables including analysis, executive communication, road maps, frameworks, and database infrastructure per business specifications and agreed timelines;br Working across all phases of the product development lifecycle for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise level clients, including leading workshop design sessions;br Using project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban, to help clients optimize and maintain applications, to maximize Return on Investment ROI;br Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis for purposes of developing solutions for client challenges utilizing Python, R, Tableau and Microsoft Excel; andbr Promoting business development efforts, including proposal creation and the maintenance and strengthening of client relationships.br br Addendum to J.22 Please note that the beneficiary participated in a tuition reimbursement program offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP.
