Experience in and understanding of technical materials and product specifications, and testing and evaluation protocols for various asphalt products to determine specificationsbr compliances. Experience and understanding of small and largescale chemical processes that involve different types of chemical reactions andor mechanisms. Ability to use, maintain andbr calibrate advanced laboratory equipment used for physical and compositional property determinations including but not limited to mechanical ovens, vacuum chambers, dynamic shearbr rheometers, rolling thin film ovens, viscosity measurement and others used to support PRI testing and evaluation.
