Must have advance level coursework, project background, or at least 1 year of prior experience in the followingbr 1. Advanced cellbased models including mammalian and iPSC derived cells tissue culture and assays.br 2. Lentiviral production, both largescale bulk production and smallscale arrayed.br 3. High content imaging platforms e.g. Perkin Elmer Operetta or Opera Phenix and associated analysis vendor platforms or ImageJ.br 4. NGS workflows library prep, QC, and analysis.br 5. Analysis of large screening datasets R or Spotfire.br Any suitable combination of education, training, andor experience is acceptable.
