Experience must include Oneyear experience as an engineer or engineering intern or engineering technician or combination. Experience must include CAD software generating 3D models and 2D drawings; CAE mechanicalthermal analysis; Automotive product design and manufacturing of brake system related components; presentations to internal and external engineeringpurchasing department; working with cross functional teams including manufacturing, quality and design departments; validation and testing designs and writing test report; Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis DFMEA with other departments and customers and using design for manufacturing DFM and design for assembly DFA skills; and quality system including 8 D form, Process Flow Diagram PFD, ISO and QS standards.
