Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a consultantprogrammer analystrelated occupation.br br Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites within commuting distance of Slaloms Hartford, CT office. Some telecommuting is permitted.br br Special Requirementsbr Position requires at least 5 years of experience in each of the following skillsbr 1 Interact with Clients to gather requirements, create solutions and make recommendations to build data solutions;br 2 Serve as bridge between the business and technical teams to achieve the goal of providing actionable insights regarding the data to process;br 3 Perform Data Analysis on Relational Databases Oracle, SQL Server, various files using SQL, Excel and Tableau;br 4 Design and develop ExtractTransformLoad ETL jobs to streamlineprocess data useful for downstream systems using Informatica PowerCenter;br 5 Work on Unix shell scripts to automate the Informatica Flows and handle large files;br 6 Unit Testing and test support adhering to Quality Assurance process;br 7 Implement performance tuning and query optimization on Relational Databases and in ETL processes;br 8 Follow incident management and problem management process for resolving issues, incidents and defects andor any change request pertaining to production and test environments using Rally;br 9 Produce business dashboards according to the client needs using Tableau which provide important visualizations for decisionmaking;br 10 Work in Agile environment and maintain proper knowledge documentations as part of postimplementation support.
