Requires a Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires 3 years of experience with the following Quantity takeoffs; Pricing and bidding construction projects; Reviewing milestone documents for the development and pricing of value alternative opportunities; Actively participating in the internal estimating review process; Final assembly of estimates for presentation to the owner client; Collection and organization of all bid information for future reference; Directing, coordinating, and providing information and documents to subcontractors; Preparing contractual exhibits to include with subcontracts; and Participating in hard bids, estimating, and GMO budgeting activities soliciting subcontractor support, then evaluating bids. Domestic US travel up to 5 of time to various client sites or offices within 50 miles.
