Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus three years of work experience as a Support Manager, or a related occupation. Specific Skills Experience must include 1.Advanced Excel; 2.Tableau; Project Management including leading multiple projects to ensure things are on track and all goals are achieved in a timely manner within the given constraints drafting requirements, communicating with development team and ensuring goals are achieved, and after deployment, preparing release notes; Data Analysis including analyzing large amounts of operational data using tools including SQL, and Alteryx, and drive insights from the data to make strategic decisions for the team; and setting up standard analysis workflows to ensure data is analyzed real time; 3.Team Management including career progression and guidance, identifying opportunities for growth, setting goals, and driving team members toward achieving goals.
