In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechatronic Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in automation, controls engineering, robotics, electromechanical systems, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechatronic Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include PLC programming, troubleshooting, and configuration; AllenBradley, Siemens, or related platforms e.g., ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix, Beckhoff, or related; HMI programming, troubleshooting, and configuration; AllenBradley FactoryTalk View and Ignition SCADA; Robot programming e.g., Fanuc or related, backup, and restoration; SQL, scripting, creating various reports, and utilization of database tools; Cognex, Fanuc Vision, or Datalogic vision systems; AutoCAD Electrical for developing electrical schematics; Experience deploying equipment to high volume manufacturing; and Production quality metrics and LEAN methodology. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.
