In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechatronic Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in automation, controls engineering, robotics, electromechanical systems, or a combination thereof.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Mechatronic Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include PLC programming, troubleshooting, and configuration; AllenBradley, Siemens, or related platforms e.g., ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix, Beckhoff, or related; HMI programming, troubleshooting, and configuration; AllenBradley FactoryTalk View and Ignition SCADA; Robot programming e.g., Fanuc or related, backup, and restoration; SQL, scripting, creating various reports, and utilization of database tools; Cognex, Fanuc Vision, or Datalogic vision systems; AutoCAD Electrical for developing electrical schematics; Experience deploying equipment to high volume manufacturing; and Production quality metrics and LEAN methodology.
