Employer will accept a Masters degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Architectural and Building Sciences, Design Studies, or related field. Position also requires completion of a universitylevel courseresearch projectinternshipthesis, or 6 months of experience in the followingbr br 1. Experience creating interaction design products or design projects in related fields, such as graphic design, typography, or industrial design;br 2. Experience producing high resolution designs using Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, or Sketch;br 3. Experience prototyping interactive designs using HTML and CSS, Origami Studio, Principle, After Effects, or Premier Pro;br 4. Understanding of type, hierarchy, color, composition, contrast, and other graphic design fundamentals;br 5. Experience with endtoend iterative design process, from the start of a project to completion, with clear rationale going from steptostep and examples of early information architecture and wireframes;br 6. Experience evaluating design tradeoffs using various sources of quantitative andor qualitative data;br 7. Experience with brand and identity work, for example logo explorations, branding guidelines, visual standards, and marketing pages; andbr 8. Ability to articulate reasons for design decisions by explaining other alternatives and corresponding tradeoffs.
