In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Information Science, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is two 2 years of experience in customer insights for business or cleantech industries.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Information Science, or related in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two 2 years of experience as described above.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include SQL, Excel, and Tableau for data analysis; CRM software e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, or Qualtrics; Experience designing processes to monitor key drivers; Experience recommending key performance indicator KPI strategies across business units; and Experience translating data into actionable insights and communicating to senior leader or executives. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
