Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, or an Engineering field and 3 years of or a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years of experience in a production andor engineering environment. Experience must include launching products from prototype into series production; production operations experience with production control, material handling, supply chain, quality, and production team; manufacturing or industrial engineering, or supply chain experience combined with change management; and working with methodology, validation plans, and associated KPIs.
