Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering degree or related field and four years of applicable estimating, design management, construction planning, and field management experience. Strong understanding of construction estimating strategies, job site safety requirements, contract management, planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Strong understanding of construction design documentation, permitting and governmental agency approvals, contractor bidding and selection, and contract negotiation. Demonstrated experience in Procore, Microsoft Office Suites, MS ProjectPrimavera P6, andor other industry standard project management applications.
