Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field and 2 years of or a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field and 5 years of experience in industrial engineering.br Experience must include Developing business relationship with stakeholders to deliver and support needed IT capabilities, and creating a high performance IT services team; Managing IT deployment projects and utilizing status reporting systems while estimating efforts and required resources to meet given businessbr requirements; Working with frameworks, such as ITIL, tomanage IT resources and service offerings; Presenting to senior leadership regarding project status and infrastructure health; and Aligning stakeholders to a projects elements e.g. time, budget, scope in a concrete and concise manner.
