Must also have any experience with or knowledge of i cell and molecular biology and biochemistry; ii fluorescent spectroscopymicroscopy; iii MatlabRPython for data extraction and analysis; iv scientific writing in peerreviewed research publications; v basic surgical procedures and invivo techniques, including surgery animal selection, preparation for operation, postoperative care, tail vein injections and intraperitoneal injections in rodents; vi laboratory protocol development; vii viral vector design and cloning; viii histological techniques, including mouse transcardial perfusion, tissue processing, preservation and staining, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, image acquisition and quantification; and ix general lab maintenance as well as preparation for lab inspections.br br Note Since there is no experience required in H.6, the Kellogg language is not required.
