Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or a closely related field and 3 years of or a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years of experience with high volume automotive manufacturing operations. Experience must include working with Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, and or Lean Six Sigma; Using 3D modeling software; Working with DOE, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance, Torque Tooling, Error Proofing, and PFMEA; and Using Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean Assembly Principles, and Time Studies.
