Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and 3 years of or a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of technical program management experience. Experience must include Delivering new technologies and products; Implementing and refining new processes; Working with engineering and cost functions, hardware validation and release processes; and managing teams in matrix organizations and supplierscustomers across multiple locations.
