Requires one 1 year of kitchen line experience. Must be able to work 35 hours per week, rotating shifts Monday Sunday, 9 a.m. 5 p.m. or 2 p.m. 10 p.m. Shifts may change slightly based on restaurant hours during the various seasons. Night and weekend work is required. Overtime may be required depending on workload.
