Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field and 2 years of or a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years of experience in an engineering role related to battery manufacturing equipment and process. Experience must include applying knowledge in high and low volume manufacturing skills and concepts cycle time analysis, quality control, equipment efficiency, equipment selection, return on investment; solving complex technical problems and seeing the solution implemented to a high level of accuracy quality; developing a plan to execute deliverables with general guidance; working as a member of a team across several cross functional disciplines, including with external stakeholders; and using 2D 3D CAD.
