The position requires a Masters or foreign equivalent degree in Digital Media, Communication or in related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a designerrelated occupation.br br Special Requirements Position requires 1 year of experience in each of the following skillsbr br 1. Using Figma, Sketch, InVisionandor Photoshopto build high fidelity prototypes that help team review and understand how a design works;br 2. Designing foriOS, Android andweb with the purpose of building experience that works on different devices;br 3. Communicating strategic goals on design work in addition to the functional requirements like how features behave in particular scenarios and across platforms;br 4. Overseeing the design direction of a feature by owning the design process from early stage ideation through high fidelity design to product ship;br 5. Conducting qualitative and quantitative research and applying findings to determine the decisions on the design.br br Position also requires knowledge or coursework in the following skillbr br 6. Creating artifact and technical specsdocumentation for the designs that will be used by developers to build applications.br Employment and background checks may be required.
