ROCKWELL ARCHITECTURE, PLANNING AND DESIGN, P.C. – $64,106.00/Year

Candidates must have at least a Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field, or equivalent as determined by a qualified credentials evaluation service, and at least two years of professional experience working in planning and design within the architecture industry. Must have at least two years of experience completing all phases of architectural design, including planning, design, and construction, and coordinating with outside consultants including structural and MEP mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers and technicians. Must have at least two years of experience performing BIM modeling and completing design coordination for architectural designs. Must have at least two years of experience developing interior and exterior designs and preparing visualizations using computeraided design CAD software as well as drafting and physical modeling techniques. Must have at least two years of experience completing international architectural projects and executing architectural plans using metric and imperial measurements. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, Enscape, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and VRay. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
