Experience planning, scheduling and conducting customer interviews to understand customer needs and discover otherwise unknown insights. Ability to create and share user journey maps. Knowledge of industrystandard design languages and user interface patterns. Ability to efficiently build interactive digital prototypes to validate user interface interaction patterns and communicate those interactions to the development team. Experience planning, deploying and analyzing usability tests to validate design directions and concepts before development. Experience with technical copywriting. Ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate internally with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines and design details.
