Requires a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and 60 months of experience as a Project Engineer, Software Engineer or ADAS Engineer. Within the 60 months of experience, 36 months of experience in serving or leading cross functional teams software, hardware and validation through a series of key milestones on multiple projects; developing a resource plan, with byin with multiple engineering disciplines and align appropriate talent to support activities required to successfully complete the project; design and development of software of microcontroller andor microprocessors based on embedded systems running on Real time operating systems RTOS; follow a defined software process to ensure good quality and documentation as per SPICE or CMMI requirements; configuration management using traceability, software configuration management tools, static analysis tools such as QAC, Polyspace, MISRA and generally accepted embedded coding practices
