THIS POSITION REQUIRES A BACHELORS DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT IN ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING, LANDSCAPE OR PLANNING, OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD. REQUIRED EXPERTISEKNOWLEDGE OF 1. Applying industry standards and graphic conventions data to the organization and arrangement of information to formulate a unified presentation using Design Development and Schematic Design, as well as prepare construction documents for permits 2. Utilize working knowledge of City Coding andor ADA guidelines and knowledge of architectural materials 3. Experience in operating programs and software that are relevant to the design and construction of the built environment such as CADD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator MUST POSSESS EXPERTISE KNOWLEDGE SUFFICIENT TO ADEQUATELY PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE JOB BEING OFFERED.
