DUCATION Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field, or foreign equivalent degree.br br EXPERIENCE Three years of related experience in analyzing complex data on distribution and transmission performance, calculating reliability metrics for electric distribution systems, e.g. System Average Interruption SAIFI, System Average Interruption Frequency Index SAIDI, and Customer Average Interruption Duration Index CAIDI; conducting analytical studies on reliability of the electric transmission, substation and distribution systems; experience with application of national and regional transmission planning standards, ISO and New England Regional System Planning Process, and performing transmission planning analyses using Cascade, IDS, PLSQL, MATLAB, PowerWorld simulator, Electrical AutoCAD, Etapbr br OTHERS Field visits are required during project scope development; Supporting storm restoration efforts may involve working day or night shifts depending on the staffing needs.
