Masters in Finance or closely related field, plus three years of experience in position offered or a Credit Risk Analyst role at a global bank or financial services firm.br br All required experience must have included performing financial modeling using Excel; performing commercial real estate analysis and valuation for predevelopment, construction, valueadd and stabilized loans; analyzing loan structures, collateral, tenancy, sponsorship, and markets; performing credit analyses of new balance sheet and CMBS loans, as well as troublednonperforming assets; preparing credit risk opinions for transactions types including new financings, refinancings, annual reviews, waivers and amendments; updating and validating internal counterparty and loss given default ratings; assessing, monitoring and updating regulatory ratings for each new and existing loan in compliance with the banks internal policies and external regulators requirements.br br This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York City office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.br br NOTE The foreign worker, Diane Joanna Perazi, is not a direct investor of the employerpetitioner.
