Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or related technical field followed by two 2 years of experience with ServiceNow platform in a developer capacity, utilizing theoretical knowledge of software development, ITIL processes, CMDB Management, frontend technology JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JellyJXL, XML, AngularJS, and jQuery, Incident Management Modules to perform duties, and developing applications and analyzing users needs, and then designing, testing, and developing software to meet those needs by creating custom software and complex databases.
