Experience in Item H.10. must include one 1 year of experience configuring Layer 2 switching and Layer 3 routing technologies and hardware; using CLIPS database for inventory and provisioning; performing network troubleshooting; creating detailed and accurate SMOPs for network adds and changes; using Century Workflow tool to manage work queue and communicate with other service delivery teams; maintaining working knowledge of MPLS; configuring troubleshooting L2VPN services over MPLS networks; and identifying BGP protocol and implementation.
