Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, as IT Project Lead, System Analyst, or related position.br br Full term of experience must include each of the following Information Technology support, including experience with business analysis and project management; Troubleshooting and researching alternative solutions to address issues to ensure performance, data accuracy, and information delivery of HCM to key stakeholders; Business applications, processes, and technology including Microsoft and Oracle solutions Oracle Human Capital Management, Oracle Talent AcquisitionOracle Reporting, and the interactivity between the Oracle HCM suite; Application of security concepts to Oracle HCM; Integration of 3rd party tools with Oracle HCM; Systems analysis and detailed design using Oracle MD060RD060; Project management experience in leading several small to large projects concurrently; Traditional, hybrid, and agile project management processes, methodologies, and techniques; System life cycle and change management procedures in an IT landscape, hosted in both onpremise and cloud environments; and, Providing work direction to midsize teams.
