Bachelors in Biotechnology, Biology, or closely related field will accept two years of experience in offered position or in an Associate Researcher role in an academic research institute or biopharmaceutical company, plus an additional 3 years of experience in the offered position or as an Associate Researcher in an academic research institute or biopharmaceutical company.br br Three years of the required experience must have included performing laboratory work, including mouse experiments mouse handling, oral gavage, i.p., i.v. and s.c. injections, blood sampling; tracking mouse colonies and maintaining mice models including breeding, weaning pups and genotyping; preparing histology sections of frozen tissue for imaging and analyses; ordering mice, reagent and supplies, and maintaining all equipment; developing or updating animal protocols for IACUC approvals; managing mouse inventory and overseeing importexport mouse transfers; performing flow cytometry and protein quantification experiments such as ELISA enzymelinked immunosorbent assay; and preparing cell culture.
