Work or academic experience must have included identification, analysis and correction of defects generated in wires through the plastic deformation processes of copper in the drawing machines; strand design processes and tooling requirements to meet required standards; leading continuous improvement projects to improve cost position and process efficiencies; Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma and data analysis; control plan development, implementation and sustainability; capital project management and execution; and heat treatment of materials including copper and aluminum.
