Must have excellent graphic communications skills, including preparing hand drawn sketches, graphics and illustrations including twodimensional and threedimensional designbr graphics.br Must have two years of experience working collaboratively and independently to manage large projects of high complexity, and as a leader of a team or project through all phases of abr project lifecycle.br Must have high proficiency in Computer design including Microsoft Office, Civil 3D, 3D Max, Auto CAD, Photoshop and Sketchup, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Suite, Adobe CS,br ArcGIS, as demonstrated by individual design portfolio.br Experience on major landscape architect builtwork projects demonstrating a strong familiarity and understanding of Construction Practices, Building Methods, Sequences, and Codes.br Two years of experience preparing construction documents and specifications. This experience must include application of detailed grading, earthwork and hydrology quantificationbr studies; interpretation of zoning and code requirements for real estate development and best construction code practices, and interpretation of complex utility and infrastructure systemsbr and experience coordinating with consultant civil engineers.br Must be licensed under CLARB standards
