Requires a Bachelors degree any field or foreign equivalent and one 1 year of immigration paralegal or legal assistant experience. In lieu of a Bachelors and one 1 year, will accept three 3 years of immigration paralegal or legal assistant experience. The experience must include one 1 year with or without degree utilizing immigration case management software such as INSZoom, Tracker or other immigration case management system; writing documents for review by an attorney; using MS Office applications MS Word, Excel and Outlook; conducting research and using immigration research tools such as AILA InfoNet. All hires must submit to a background check.
