Juris Doctors degree or foreign equivalent in Law, Legal Studies or closely related field, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered of related occupations. Requires 5 years of experience in the following Experience with subsidiary corporate maintenance in the US and across a range of international jurisdictions, particularly European and LatAm jurisdictions, including subsidiary formation, capital contributions, intercompany lending, dividends and other distributions, postacquisition integration, powers of attorney, dissolutions and liquidations; Experience in a law firm or inhouse legal department, specifically in MA; Experience leading domestic and crossborder investments and MA transactions across all stages of the deal cycle. Additionally, requires 2 years of experience on the following SEC reporting and disclosures the SEC reporting can be covered in MA related filings with the SEC; and advising on governancerelated matters, including stock exchange requirements. Requires membership in at least 1 US state bar.
