Must have Masters degree or higher in Journalism, Business Writing, Professional Writing, or related degree with heavy coursework in business writing. Must also have Bachelors degree in Economics or related quantitative field. Must have 2 years of experience in financerelated positions within the investment industry utilizing the following utilizing principles of macroeconomic research, securities analysis, accounting, and quantitative finance; applying Quantitative and qualitative analysis skill; creating clientcentric content, including blogs, podcasts and other multimedia related to financial markets and emerging markets investment sectors; presenting complex financial information to a variety of audiences; performing fundamental research and analysis of economic conditions affecting emerging market investment sectors globally; and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel. Must have 1 year of experience in the following identify ways to continuously enhance reader involvement with content; complete writing assignments according to teamfirm standards and style; and business reporting training and experience with the capacity to provide writing, statistical and graphical support in producing financial content including blogs, social media posts, presentations, and podcasts to explain investment thesis to a general audience. Work or educational background must have included the following conducting fundamental analysis on company valuations; and building financial models including balance sheets, cash flow statements and income statements.
