In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is six 6 months of experience in developing and improving processes in highvolume manufacturing. Employer will accept pre or post degree experience gained through academic internship, or work experience.br br Special Requirements Academic background, internship, or work experience to include Advanced statistical analysis using JMP or Minitab statistical software; Process Failure Modes Effect Analysis PFMEA or Design Failure Modes Effect Analysis DFMEA; Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing GDT; Statistical Process Control SPC; Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE; DMAIC, Ishikawa, Five Why 5W or Eight Disciplines 8D problemsolving methodology; and Design of Experiments DOE to build useful regression models. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.10A. There is no timing requirement associated with the special requirements defined at H.14, unless specifically stated otherwise.
