Masters or foreign degree equivalent in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering, Physics, Math or related field plus 3 years related experience. Will accept a Bachelors degree followed by 5 years progressive related experience in lieu of MS3. 3 years of experience with the following Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Lead Nonconformance processes and root cause analysis; Escalation of product quality issues. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
