Masters degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, and four 4 years of work experience on the supply side in Supply Chain.br br Must have four 4 years of experience withinbr br Driving process improvements using data driven strategies and transformation through direct management and influencing key stakeholders;br Implementing and designing procurement and sourcing processes and best practices for a multinational organization;br Defining or implementing Corporate Social Responsibility CSR responsible sourcing strategies;br Analyzing data to support root cause analysis and providing recommendations for improvement including supplier performance data, supplier surveys, cost data and category intelligence; andbr Using data and graphics to communicate and present to internal and external audiences on corporate strategy, business review and internal external events.br br Must have three 3 years of experience withinbr br Serving as a thought leader for sourcing through the publication and dissemination of research notes and case studies within an organization;br Strategic sourcing and supplier management within at least five 5 of the following industries consumer packaged goods, apparel and footwear, high tech, industrial, chemical and process, automotive andor Aerospace Defense.br br 100 Telecommuting permitted within Eastern time zone.br br Up to 5 domestic travel required.
