In H.4 and H.4B above, the education requirement is a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related.br br In H.10B above, the experience requirement is five 5 years of progressive experience in data engineering, analytics, or a combination thereof. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br In H.8A and H.8C above, the employer will accept a Masters degree or equivalent in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related and three 3 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of progressive experience as described above. Pre or postMasters degree experience is acceptable. Experience must be postBachelors degree.br br Special Requirements Work experience to include Experience writing software with Python including Pandas or Numpy; Data architecture paradigms including MySQL, MicrosoftSQL, Oracle, Hadoop, Hbase, Kafka, or Spark; Open source machine learning libraries and frameworks including ScikitLearn, Tensorflow, or Keras; Data visualization tools including Matplotlib, Plotly, Superset, or Tableau; Data communication protocols including REST API, or Websockets; Project management; and Docker, Jenkins, or Kubernetes. Successful completion of reference checks and background checks is required.br br Special requirements defined at H.14 not to be conflated with H.8C andor H.10A.
