Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, followed by five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in a computerrelated occupation.br br Experience must include 24 months of experience in the followingbr br 1. Formulating hypotheses, design tests, and problemsolving techniques to evaluate solutions;br 2. Policy, Operations, or Program management leadership;br 3. Leveraging knowledge across multiple ongoing programs and stakeholders;br 4. Crossfunctional collaboration with demonstrated experience driving programs with multiple stakeholders;br 5. Presentation experience building and delivering executive leadership content;br 6. Supporting and enabling crossfunctional stakeholders or teams within and beyond Strategy and Operations;br 7. Understanding the background, frame the problem and go on enablement mode to drive to a solution;br 8. Knowledge of scaling operations and associated ecosystems;br 9. Managing strategic and operationally projects with internal and external to crossfunctional teams;br 10. Analyzing target state models and business setups in comparison with industry best practices to perform capability assessments; andbr 11. Modeling headcount projections and analysis, and developing value capture roadmaps and realization plans.
