Masters in Business Administration, Finance, or closely related field, plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or in a Counterparty Credit Risk analyst role in a bank or financial services firm.br br All required experience must have included maintaining CCR framework per SR 1110; assisting with developing the strategy and executing the Target Operating Model for CCR across the organization; assisting various task forces in the development and enhancement of the CCR framework and processes including Policy Procedures, PFE, risk aggregation, and the supporting technical infrastructure; ensuring timely delivery of project plan; assisting in process documentation and communication to senior management; assisting with related regulatory and strategic projects across the counterparty credit and enterprise risk groups; assisting with XVA related enhancements to CCR framework; assisting with regulatory and internal audit exams to review CCR framework and with related remediation efforts; facilitating communication among crossfunctional teams regarding counterparty risk issues and initiatives and to gain an understanding of customer needs and the overall business growth strategy; and assisting in the completion of risk governance assessments.
