Bachelors degree in ElectricalElectronics Engineering or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus three 3 years of experience in broadcast, satellite transmissionradio frequency transmission, and Cisco networking or, alternatively, a Masters degree and one 1 year of experience as noted above. Specific skillsother requirements quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section must possess the following TCPIP networking and protocols, UDP multicasting and routing, Cisco CLI, packet sniffing, protocolTS analyzers, SSH, and Telnet 6 months; spectrum analyzers and computer troubleshooting 6 months; reading and understanding schematic, systems, block, and signal flow diagrams and troubleshooting and repairing system, subsystems, and their components 6 months; Systemlevel design, installation, and operation of medium and high power transmitters, microwave equipment, microcomputers, microprocessors, data communications, and DVB modulators 6 months; and CCNA Cisco certification.
